Randy J. Dickinson, CPA, CTFA
Wealth Manager, Senior Vice President
As Wealth Manager, Randy works with our high net worth individuals and corporate clients in the areas of investment management, estate planning, and trust administration. Randy has worked with clients since 1993 helping them meet their financial goals. Randy worked as a Certified Public Accountant for Ernst & Young before joining Isabella Bank in 1993.
Randy earned his Bachelor of Science from Michigan State University. Randy is a Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor and Certified Public Accountant.
He is past chair and current member of the Michigan Bankers Association Trust Executive Committee and Great Lakes Bay Estate Planning Council. Randy is a Mt. Pleasant Rotarian, St. Mary’s Board member, and Mt. Pleasant Community Foundation Development Committee member.
Michelle L. Mease, CTFA
Trust Manager, Vice President
Michelle has a key role in the leadership of our wealth management services. Michelle is responsible for the management of investment accounts, estates, and trusts. In addition, she oversees the trust operations and is responsible for business development.
Michelle started with Isabella Bank in 1994. She started her investment career as a Financial Advisor, holding the Series 7 and Series 63 securities licenses. She transitioned to Trust Services in 2000. Michelle earned her Bachelor of Science from Central Michigan University in Personal Financial Planning. She is a Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor.
Michelle is a member of the Great Lakes Bay Estate Planning Council and serves as President of the William and Janet Strickler Nonprofit Center.
JoAnna Keenan
Senior Trust Officer, Vice President
JoAnna focuses on building client relationships while coordinating their financial and estate planning needs. In addition, JoAnna is responsible for business development in the Great Lakes Bay Region.
JoAnna joined Isabella Bank in 2020 and has worked in the trust industry since 1992. She is responsible for the management of investment accounts, estates, and trusts. JoAnna earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Ferris State University. She has completed Cannon Trust School I, II, and III.
She is a member of the Great Lakes Bay Estate Planning Council.
Daniel P. McKune
Trust Officer, Vice President
Dan focuses on business development in the Saginaw and Great Lakes Bay Region. Dan joined Isabella Bank in 2022.
Prior to joining the bank, he worked in the trust industry, working with high net worth clients. His background includes estate planning and investment management. Dan also worked in the non-profit industry, working for the Catholic Community Foundation of Mid-Michigan and the Catholic Diocese of Saginaw.
Dan earned his Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Excelsior University and associate's degree from the University of Maryland. He is serving as the President of the Rotary Club of Saginaw and trustee of the United Way of Saginaw County. In addition, he is a member of the Knights of Columbus, American Legion, and Great Lakes Bay Estate Planning Council.
Rachelle Coffland, CTFA
Trust Officer
Rachelle focuses on estate and trust administration. In addition, she works with clients and manages investment management accounts.
Rachelle started in the banking industry in 1991. Rachelle worked as a Personal Banker at M&I Bank in Wisconsin for five years before joining Isabella Bank in 2000. She earned her associate's degree in Legal Studies from Delta College and her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Baker College. Rachelle is a Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor.
She serves on the board of the Mt. Pleasant Kiwanis Club and Great Lakes Bay Estate Planning Council.
Tricia Watson, AFIM®, CFS®, CTFA
Trust Portfolio Manager
Tricia focuses on client relationships, coordinating their financial needs along with their estate planning needs. In addition, Tricia is responsible for business development in the Great Lakes Bay Area. Tricia plays a key role in the development of our investment strategies.
Tricia joined Isabella Bank in 2018 and has worked in the industry since 1993. Tricia earned her Associates in Accounting from Mott Community College and her Bachelor of Business in Administration from Northwood University. She is an Accredited Fiduciary Investment Manager (AFIM), a Certified Fund Specialist (CFS), and a Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA).
Tricia is a member of the Great Lakes Bay Estate Planning Council.
Misty Condon
Trust Specialist
Misty works closely with clients, assisting with administering trusts, estates, and investment management accounts. She has experience in special needs administration — working with clients throughout the state.
She completed Cannon Trust School I, II, and III. Misty has been in the banking industry since 2001. She worked as the Assistant to the Compliance Officer at First Bank then moved to Huntington Bank (formerly Citizens Bank) to join the trust department. She joined Isabella Bank in 2014.
Misty is the past Secretary for the Gratiot County Relay for Life and currently is an active volunteer and committee member at Isabella County Art Reach.
Deb Wentworth, CTFA
Trust Administrator
Deb works closely with clients, assisting with administering trusts, estates, and investment management accounts. She has experience in special needs administration working with clients throughout the state.
Deb earned her Bachelor of Science in Management and Marketing from Central Michigan University. In addition, she earned her Master of Science in Business Administration from Central Michigan University. Deb is a Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA). She joined Isabella Bank in 2010.
Deb is a member of the Great Lakes Bay Estate Planning Council and Optimist Club.
Hali Williams
Trust Operations Supervisor
Hali oversees the trust operations team. She assists the team by acting as a liaison between administrators and assistant staff, conducting annual audits, performing account reviews, updating operational procedures, creating workflows, and working on special projects.
She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Community Development and her Master of Science degree in General Administration from Central Michigan University. Hali completed Cannon Securities Operations School I and II, and Cannon Trust School I and II.
Hali is an assistant varsity volleyball coach for Sacred Heart Academy. She joined Isabella Bank in 2015.
Kirrah Thayer
Trust Operations Specialist
Kirrah is responsible for the recordkeeping of accounts, posting transactions, settlement of trades, and processing distributions. Kirrah is also responsible for setting up new accounts and transferring assets.
Kirrah completed Cannon Securities Operations School I, II, and III.
She joined Isabella Bank in 2018 and joined Isabella Wealth in 2020.
Breonna Straus
Trust Operations Specialist
Breonna provides administrative support to our team and clients. Her primary roles are the preparation of account documentation, the transferring of assets, and the recordkeeping of accounts. Breonna works diligently with our Individual Retirement Accounts by providing continuous training to our team and substantiating paperwork.
Breonna is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in business management with Northwood University in their Enhanced Business Studies transfer program. She is a member of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society through Mid-Michigan College. Breonna has completed Cannon Trust School I and II.
She joined Isabella Bank in 2018 and joined Isabella Wealth in 2021.
Dawn Marquiss
Trust Operations Specialist
Dawn provides administrative support to the team. Her primary role is to assist trust operations, provide client support and prepare account documentation.
Dawn earned her Associate of Applied Science in Finance and Banking Management from Delta College.
She joined Isabella Bank in 2022 and has worked in the trust industry since 1987.
Kylie Bos, CFP®
Trust Tax and Compliance Specialist
Kylie is responsible for the oversight of our tax and compliance processes. Kylie joined Isabella Wealth in 2023. Prior to joining the Bank, she worked at Central Michigan University as a Payable Accounting Manager and Financial Analyst, where she assisted in the administration of two investment portfolios totaling $450 million.
Kylie obtained the Certified Financial Planner® certification in 2024. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Management from Saginaw Valley State University and her Master of Business Administration in Value-Driven Organization from Central Michigan University.
Jennifer Kimball
Wealth Administrative Assistant
Jennifer has been with Isabella Bank for 23 years, taking a few years off to raise a family. She started her bank career in November 1999. She’s had many various roles over the years with the bank. They have included being a teller, teller trainer, teller supervisor, CSR, and loan processor. Her most recent position has been the Wealth Administrative Assistant in the Wealth Department. She completed the Principles of Banking course in 2016.
Customer service has always been important to Jennifer. Whether it be internal or external customers, she strives to deliver her best.

Anthony Yuncker*
Financial Advisor
Anthony focuses on investment, insurance, retirement, and financial planning. Anthony has been helping clients achieve their financial goals since 2011.
Anthony worked at AIG Retirement Services before joining Isabella Bank in 2019. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Central Michigan University. He holds his Series 7 and Series 66 securities licenses. In addition, Anthony holds the Life and Health Insurance licenses.
Beth DeLeeuw*
Financial Advisor
Beth works closely with clients helping them achieve their financial goals. She focuses on retirement, investment, insurance, college, and financial planning for both individuals and businesses. She has been in the financial services industry since 1996.
Beth joined Isabella Bank in 2022. She worked with individual and group retirement plans for 17 years at AIG Retirement Services before joining the banking side of business in 2019. She graduated from the University of Michigan and holds the Series 7 and Series 66 securities licenses. In addition, Beth holds the Life and Health Insurance licenses.
William Scheese*
Registered Client Associate
Will provides administrative support to the team by completing account documentation and providing client support.
He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Masters in Business Administration from Central Michigan University. Will completed Cannon Trust School I.
He holds his Series 7 and Series 66 securities licenses. In addition, Will holds the Life and Health Insurance licenses.
Will joined Isabella Bank in 2017 and joined Isabella Wealth in 2018.
